Shipping & Returns Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are typically 2–5 working days within the UK. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

If something isn’t quite right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can put things right promptly.
